A popular variation of the traditional caipirinha cocktail, this cocktail is a testament to the creative spirit of mixology and the universal appeal of a simple and delicious vodka cocktail.

  • Ketel One Vodka (or any vodka of choice)
    30ml
  • Fresh lime
  • Sugar syrup
    5ml
  • Raspberries
    3
  • Strawberries
    2
  • Raspberries and lime wedge
    For garnish
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Step 1

    Muddle the lime wedges in a cocktail shaker, followed by the strawberries and raspberries.

  2. Step 2

    Add the vodka and sugar syrup to the shaker, along with ice before shaking vigorously.

  3. Step 3

    Strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass filled with ice.

  4. Step 4

    Garnish with a wedge of lime and raspberries before serving.

Tips & Suggestions

  • Muddle the lime and berries gently since over-muddling releases bitter oils from lime pith while also creating a pulpy cocktail. 

  • Use simple syrup instead of granulated sugar for easy mixing and consistent sweetness.
