Equal parts tart and sweet, with a touch of effervescence - this gin-based cocktail gets a seasonal spin with the addition of pomegranate. Made with Tanqueray No 10 gin, this vibrant red drink is a well-balanced interplay of flavour- allowing the botanical notes from the liquor to be spotlighted with the use of fresh ingredients.

Tips & Suggestions

FAQs

After sparkling wine is produced, it is stored airtight in a bottle that ferments natural sugars with the help of yeast – which produces alcohol and carbon dioxide. Due to sealing, the carbon dioxide can’t escape into the atmosphere, resulting in the extra effervescence.

Yes, a bottle of gin expires technically within two years after it has been opened; it should ideally be consumed within one year to derive the best flavour and essence.

The basic rule of gin is that it should not have less than 40% alcohol or 80-proof and have the flavour of juniper berries.
