  • Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
    25ml
  • Smirnoff vanilla flavoured vodka
    20ml
  • Milk
    120ml
  • Cinnamon powder
    Pinch
  • Cinnamon stick
    For garnish

Method

  1. Step 1

    Fill up a cocktail shaker with ice and combine the Irish cream, vodka and milk.

  2. Step 2

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface feels cool to touch.

  3. Step 3

    Pour the concoction into a martini cocktail glass using a strainer.

  4. Step 4

    To garnish, sprinkle cinnamon powder on the surface of the drink and place a cinnamon stick at an angle in the glass.

  • To make the cocktail gain a silky texture, shake the ingredients vigorously with ice to chill the
