Spicy Margarita
Spicy, tangy and just a little bit sweet, there's nothing quite like a spicy margarita on a hot summer's day.

50mlBlanco Tequila
25mlTriple Sec
20mlLime juice
Two lime wedges
One jalapeño slice
Taijin for rim
Ice
Equipment
- 1 x Rocks glass
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Cocktail shaker
- 1 x Muddler
- 1 x Strainer
- 1 x Chopping board
- 1 x Knife
Method
Step 1
Using the knife, cut two lime wedges and use one to rub along the rim of the glass. Roll the rim in salt (either half or all of the rim).
Step 2
Muddle the jalapeno slice in the cocktail shaker then fill the shaker with ice.Step 3
Measuring with the jigger, add the tequila, triple sec and lime juice into the shaker. Shake the mixture until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.Step 4
Use the cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into the rocks glass, being careful not to get any salt into the drink.Place the remaining lime wedge onto the top of the drink to garnish. And enjoy!Grab a bite
