Margarita
Nothing says Mexico like the Margarita, an elegant blend of tequila, fresh lime and orange, served in a salt-rimmed glass – and the last of the great classic cocktails.

50mlBlanco Tequila
25mlTriple Sec

- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Cocktail shaker
- 1 x Knife

Step 1
Using the knife, cut two lime wedges and use one to rub along the rim of the glass. Roll the rim in salt (either half or all of the rim).Step 2

Shake the mixture until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.Step 3
Use the cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into the coupe glass, being careful not to get any salt into the drink.Garnish
Place the remaining lime wedge on top of the drink to garnish. And enjoy!
GRAB A BITE
Get some grub in before or while you're drinking - it slows alcohol absorption.
