Casamigos Paloma Cocktail Recipe

Fresh, effervescent and bittersweet. This Casamigos Paloma elevates a classic drink and makes it perfect for any occasion.
What you’ll need

- Casamigos Blanco50ml
- Lime juice10ml
- Agave nectar10ml
- Pink grapefruit juice30ml
- Grapefruit soda to top
- Pink grapefruit slice to
2 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- Highball Glass
- Stirrer
- Cocktail Shaker
Method
Shake
Using a jigger, measure 50ml of Casamigos Blanco, and add it to a shaker along with the lime juice, agave nectar and grapefruit juice. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Pour
Strain and pour the mixture into a highball glass.
Ice
Add some fresh ice to your glass.
Top with soda
Pour sparkling grapefruit soda to the top and add a wedge of grapefruit for garnish (optional!)
