- Casamigos Blanco Tequila50ml
- Lime juice25ml
- Sugar syrup7ml
- Cucumber slices3
- Jalapeño slices2
- Ice
Equipment
- Rocks glass
- Jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Muddler
- Strainer
Method
Step 1
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle two slices of cucumber and one slice of jalapeño. Then, add ice and pour in the tequila, juice and syrup.
Step 2
Shake vigorously until the surface of the shaker feels chilled then strain the drink into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Step 3
Garnish with a cucumber wheel and a jalapeño slice
