Don Julio Margarita

A sweet and sour symphony of flavours, there's nothing quite like a classic Margarita. This serve uses Don Julio Blanco for a smooth base that's perfectly complemented with sweet orange liqueur and zesty lime.

Equipment

  • 1 x Martini or Margarita coupe glass
  • 1 x Strainer
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker

Method

  • Salt your glass

    Moisten the rim of margarita coupe or martini glass with citrus and apply salt to the rim.

  • Pour
    Using a jigger, measure all liquid ingredients. Shake them with ice in the shaker.
  • Serve

    Fine strain into your glass. No need for an additional garnish.

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
