The Singleton 12 Rob Roy Cocktail

Whisky
Author: Ashifa Bano
A cocktail glass filled with a dark beverage sits on the strings inside an open grand piano.

A version of the classic Manhattan cocktail, this recipe replaces rye whisky with scotch, providing the drink with a velvety texture. This flavour symphony boasts of lush, honeyed tones from whisky, while the dried fruit notes merge seamlessly with the herbal richness of the vermouth.
