Tanqueray No.10 Gimlet Cocktail

Ingredients
- Tanqueray No 1030ml
- Fresh lime juice20ml
- Simple syrup15ml
- Ice cubes
- Lime wheel (optional garnish)
Method
- Step 1
Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup into an ice-filled shaker.
- Step 2
Close the lid of the shaker and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds to chill and combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Step 3
Strain the mixture into a properly chilled coupe glass to produce a clear, smooth cocktail.
- Step 4
Alternatively, garnish with a lime wheel on the rim, then serve immediately.

If fresh lime juice is being used, always fine-strain to remove pulp and avoid cloudiness or unwanted texture in the finished drink.
