Baileys Tiramisu Cocktail
What’s best described as a mashup between dessert and a cocktail, this creamy drink is decadent and replete with notes of coffee. In addition to this and as a way to elevate flavours of the Irish coffee liqueur, adding dark chocolate offers great contrast to the sweet elements, thus balancing flavour.
What you’ll need
Ingredients
- Baileys Irish Cream (or any cream liqueur of choice)30ml
- Mascarpone50ml
- Espresso5ml
- Sugar syrup5ml
- Ice cubes
Equipment

Method
Step 1
Mix together the espresso with mascarpone.
Step 2
Add in the Baileys or any coffee liqueur and vanilla syrup to stir.
Step 3
Add ice and stir again to chill the mixture.
Step 4
Strain and serve in a martini cocktail glass.
Tips & Suggestions
Brew a strong espresso and chill it before use. Hot espresso will melt the ice, making the drink watery.
To enhance the cocktail’s sweetness, simple syrup or chocolate syrup can be added.
