50ml
Elderflower Cordial
12ml
Tonic Water
125ml
Lime wedge

1.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

1 x Tall glass
1 x Ice
1 x Jigger

Method

Ice

Fill a tall glass with ice.

Pour

Pour London Dry Gin, elderflower cordial and tonic water into the glass.

Garnish

To serve squeeze the lime over the drink and drop it in.

Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
