The Elderflower G&T

Effectively a G&T plus elderflower cordial, the elderflower adds a delicious floral edge to the range of botanicals in London Dry Gin, making one of the great versions of the classic drink.

  • 50mlLondon Dry Gin

  • 12mlElderflower Cordial

  • 125mlTonic Water

  • 1wedge(s)Lime

1.9 units of alcohol per serve

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass

     

  • 1 x Ice

  • 1 x Jigger

Method

  • Ice

    Fill a tall glass with ice.

  • Pour

    Pour London Dry Gin, elderflower cordial and tonic water into the glass.

  • Garnish

    To serve squeeze the lime over the drink and drop it in.

  • Grab a bite

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
