Perfect after work or for garden parties, the 'OMG and T' is basically a G&T, but with a fresh berry facelift

What you’ll need

  • London Dry Gin
    Gordon's London Dry Gin, 1L
    50ml
  • Berries
    8
  • Elderflower Cordial splash sprinkle sprig twist dash
    1
  • Tonic Water splash sprinkle sprig twist dash
    1
  • Lime
    1ml
0.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Knife  
  • 1 x Chopping board
  • 1 x Ice

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, add gin, elderflower & berries to a jam jar filled with ice.

Mix

Add lid, or cover carefully. Then, shake vigorously to infuse the flavours. Open the jar and squeeze lime over the top.

Top

Top with tonic and either enjoy from the jar, or decant into a tall glass with ice.

Step 4

Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
