  • Sweet Vermouth
    22.5ml
  • Aperol
    30ml
  • Sprig of rosemary
    1
  • Grapefruit wedge
    1
  • Ice

2.5 units of alcohol per serving

  • Rocks glass
  • Jigger
  • Mixing glass
  • Strainer
  • Spoon

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, measure all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.

Step 2

Stir gently. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Step 3

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a grapefruit wedge.
