  • Chase Seville Marmalade Gin
    25ml
  • Campari
    25ml
  • Sweet Vermouth
    25ml
  • 1 Orange peel
1.2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Jigger
  • Rock glass
  • Stirrer
  • Mixing glass

Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass

Step 2

Stir with cubed ice until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over cubed ice

Step 3

Garnish with fresh orange peel.
