Ingredients

2 units of alcohol per serve

  • 45mlDon Papa Rum

  • 45mlFresh lime juice

  • 15mlAgave syrup

  • Dash of bitters

  • Lime wheel to garnish

  • Ice

Equipment

  • 1 x Coupe glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Strainer
  • 1 x Spoon

Method

  • Step 1

    Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and add them to an ice-filled shaker.

    Shake vigorously.

  • Step 2

    Strain into a margarita or coupe glass.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with a lime wheel. 

  • Grab a bite

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
