Created by bartender Don Javier Delgado Corona, the Paloma is one of the most popular cocktails in Mexico - even rivalling the iconic Margarita. Combining tangy grapefruit juice, fizzy soda, tarte lime juice and of course - the star of the show - a great quality tequila, this cocktail takes just a few minutes to put together. For the best serve, we recommend using Don Julio Blanco.
