Perfect for the colder months, this classic cocktail combines whisky with sour lemon and sweet honey.
What you’ll need

- Boiling water75ml
- Runny honey25ml
- Lemon juice15ml
- Lemon slice1
- Clove pieces3
2 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- Heatproof glass
- Jigger
- Spoon
- Stirrer
Method
Step 1

Top up with boiling water.

Stir gently.
