75mlBoiling water
25mlHoney
25mlLemon juice
Lemon wedge
Clove pieces
Equipment
- 1 x Mixing glass
- 1 x Stirrer
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Latte glass
- 1 x Knife
- 1 x Chopping board
Method

Place a bar spoon filled with runny honey in a tumbler or latte glass.

Using a jigger, pour Talisker 10 Single Malt Whisky, lemon juice, and 3 cloves into the glass. Top up with boiling water.

Stir the liquid slowly using a bar spoon.

Use a sharp knife to cut a wedge of lemon on a chopping board and place it on top of the drink to garnish.
