- Sugar syrup2 parts sugar dissolved over heat into 1 part water25ml
- Apple juice50ml
- Mint sprig1

Method
Step 1
Place the mint leaves and lime wedges into the highball glass and press down gently with the muddler to extract the flavours and aromas.

Step 3
