Non-Alcoholic Mojito Cocktail Recipe

Two non-alcoholic mojitos with lime wheel and mint leaf garnishes.

This Non-Alcoholic Mojito proves that you don’t need rum to enjoy one of the most refreshing drinks around. It captures all the classic elements of a Mojito - bright lime, crisp mint and fizzy soda water - while replacing the spirit with a blend of apple juice and elderflower cordial for a drink that’s light, lively and beautifully balanced. The result is a mocktail version that feels invigorating, delivering clean citrus zing and aromatic herbaceousness in every sip without the booze.
