  • 40mlChase Pink Grapefruit Gin

  • 20mlLime juice

  • 50mlFresh pink grapefruit juice

  • 10mlSugar syrup

  • Soda to top

  • Ice

  • To garnish: Lime circle

Equipment

  • 1 x Highball glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Bar spoon

Method

  • Step 1

    Using a jigger, measure the first four ingredients and build over an ice filled glass.

  • Step 2

    Gently stir, then top with soda water.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with a lime wheel.

  • Grab a bite

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
