Pink Grapefruit Spritz Cocktail Recipe

This zippy and zesty pink grapefruit gin has a delicious grapefruit flavour, along with the classic taste of juniper and lime. .

- Chase Pink Grapefruit Gin50ml
- Sugar Syrup15ml
- Fresh pink grapefruit juice20ml
- Prosecco60ml
- Soda water30ml
- Pink Grapefruit slice1
1.2 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- Jigger
- Wine glass
- Strainer
Method
Step 1
Build the first 2 ingredients in a wine glass and stir to combine.
Step 2
Add cubed ice and top with your favourite prosecco or sparkling wine and add a dash of soda water.
Step 3
Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
