15mlSugar Syrup
20mlFresh pink grapefruit juice
60mlProsecco
30mlSoda water
1 Pink Grapefruit slice
Equipment
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Wine glass
- 1 x Strainer
Method
Step 1
Build the first 2 ingredients in a wine glass and stir to combine.
Step 2
Add cubed ice and top with your favourite prosecco or sparkling wine and add a dash of soda water.
Step 3
Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
