20mlPink Grapefruit Juice
10mlFresh Lime Juice
10mlAgave Syrup
Grapefruit Soda to top
Grapefruit Wedge to garnish
Equipment
- 1 x Highball glass
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Ice
- 1 x Chopping board
- 1 x Knife
Method
Ice
Fill your highball glass with ice.
Mix
Measuring with the jigger, add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup into the glass.Pour
Top with the grapefruit soda.Garnish
Using the knife, cut a wedge of pink grapefruit and place on top to garnish.Grab a bite
