  • Chase Raspberry & Basil Gin
    50ml
  • Lemon juice
    10ml
  • Sugar syrup
    5ml
  • Sweet vermouth
    10ml
  • 4 - 5 Fresh raspberries
  • Egg white
2.1 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Jigger
  • Shaker
  • Coupa glass
  • Strainer

Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with no ice

Step 2

Add ice in for the second shake and double strain into a coupe glass.

Step 3

Garnish with a basil leaf in the centre.
