10mlLemon juice
5mlSugar syrup
10mlSweet vermouth
4 - 5 Fresh raspberries
Egg white
Equipment
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Shaker
- 1 x Coupa glass
- 1 x Strainer
Method
Step 1
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with no ice
Step 2
Add ice in for the second shake and double strain into a coupe glass.
Step 3
Garnish with a basil leaf in the centre.
