Enjoy a Cantarito cocktail, where tequila meets a medley of citrus. For a fully authentic experience, serve it in a Cantarino cup - but if you don't have one at hand, a collins glass will do.

Ingredients

2.4 units of alcohol per serve

  • 60mlDon Julio Reposado Tequila

  • 22.5mlGrapefruit juice

  • Fresh orange juice

  • 15mlLime juice

  • 90mlGrapefruit soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of fresh cracked black pepper

  • Ice

Equipment

  • 1 x Cantarito cup or collins glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Strainer
  • 1 x Spoon

Method

  • Step 1
    Using a jigger, measure all ingredients and add everything but the grapefruit soda into an ice filled cocktail shaker. 
    Shake until chilled.
  • Step 2
    Drain into a Canarito cup of collins glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit soda. 
  • Step 3
    Garnish with your garnish of choice (we like a slice of lime, lemon and grapefruit).
  • Grab a bite

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
