Summer Punch Cocktail Recipe

What you’ll need

Ingredients

1.5 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Short glass
  • 1 x Punch Bowl
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Ladle
  • 1 x Chopping board
  • 1 x 1 x Measuring Jug

Method

Step 1

Add large chunks of ice, or large cubes, to a mug or a mason jar.

Step 2

Using a jigger, measure 40ml vodka, 20ml lemon juice, 60ml ginger beer and 60ml apple juice into a mason jar or a mug.

Step 3

Stir gently and serve.

Garnish

Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut 2 lemon wedges. Add 1 sprig of mint and 2-3 raspberries for use as a garnish.

Want to make in batches?

For a batch cocktail, select the amount of serves above and follow the same method and ratio. Instead of mixing into glasses, mix all ingredients in a large jug or bowl. Stir with a ladle, pour into individual mugs, garnish and serve.
