Vodka and Ginger Ale Recipe

What you’ll need

Ingredients

1.9 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Chopping board
  • 1 x Ice

Method

Pour

Use a jigger to measure 50ml vodka and pour into a tall glass over ice cubes. Top up with 125ml ginger ale.

Garnish

Using a chopping board and a sharp knife, cut a lime wedge for a garnish. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
