What you’ll need

- Blanco tequila1.5oz
- Fresh pink grapefruit juice0.75oz
- Fresh lime juice0.25oz
- Agave syrup0.25oz
- Grapefruit soda
- Pink grapefruit wedge1
- Ice
Equipment
- Highball glass
Method
Ice
Fill your highball glass with ice.
Mix
Measuring with the jigger, add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup into the glass.
Pour
Top with the grapefruit soda.
Garnish
Using the knife, cut a wedge of pink grapefruit and place on top to garnish.
