Method

Step 1

Muddle the jalapeño slices in a cocktail shaker, then add ice and the Seedlip Garden, agave syrup, pineapple juice and lime juice.

Step 2

Shake vigorously until the surface of the shaker feels cold.

Step 3

Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a dried pineapple slice.
