Mojito Cocktail Recipe

Born in the bars of Havana, the mojito is a classic that never goes out of style. Bursting with spicy flavors, it is the ultimate choice for lovers of crisp, fresh and bright cocktails. Our version features Captain Morgan white rum.

  • Lime Juice
    0.75oz
  • Sugar Syrup - 2 parts sugar dissolved in 1 part water
    0.75oz
  • Soda Water
    2oz
  • Lime Wedges

  • Mint Leaves

Method

Step 1

Ice

Muddle the lime juice, mint and sugar syrup in a highball glass. Add crushed ice so the glass is ¾ full with ice cubes

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 60ml Captain Morgan White Rum and add it to the crushed ice.

Mix

Stir the mixture thoroughly using a bar spoon until well combined.

Garnish
