Spiced Mojito Cocktail Recipe

Rum
Author: The Bar Team
A bottle of Captain Morgan Original Spice Rum next to two mojitos and assorted plates of food.

Put a twist on a classic with this Spiced Mojito, where fresh mint and zesty lime get a warming kick from aromatic spices to create a cocktail that’s both wonderfully familiar yet deliciously unexpected. This version keeps the light, citrus-bright heart of a traditional Mojito - muddled mint, fresh lime and crisp soda - but adds a blend of spiced rum that brings notes of warming cinnamon, clove and subtle pepper, giving each sip a richer, more layered flavour. It’s the perfect balance of cool and cosy, tangy and sweet, making this spiced take a fun choice for anyone who loves classic cocktails with a bold personality
