- Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold1.5oz
- Soda Water3.5oz
- Sugar Syrup0.75oz
- Lime Wedge wedge2
- Mint Leaves7
- Mint Sprig1
2 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Step 1
Add the sugar syrup, mint leaves and lime wedges to a Collins glass. Then, using a muddler, rolling pin or large spoon, press down on them lightly to extract the aroma and flavour.
Step 2
Half-fill your glass with crushed ice.
Step 3
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold into the glass and top with soda water. Stir with a bar spoon.
Garnish
Add more crushed ice to fill the glass and place a mint sprig on top of the drink to garnish.
