- Ginger ale4.5oz
- Caster sugarTablespoons2
- Mint leaves6
- Cranberries10
- Lime wheel1
- Mint sprig1
- Crushed ice
Equipment
- Rocks glass
- Spoon
- Muddler
Method
Step 1
Add the caster sugar, mint leaves and cranberries into a highball glass and use a muddler to press down to extract the flavour and aroma.
Step 2
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Step 3
Add 50ml Captain Morgan Original Rum and 20ml lime juice to the glass.
Step 4
Using a bar spoon, stir until the ingredients are well combined. Top up with ginger ale.
Step 5
Garnish with a mint sprig.
