This seasonal twist on the classic Mojito pairs fresh mint and zingy lime with juicy cranberry, warming ginger and a splash of ginger ale, creating a drink that feels bright yet unmistakably festive. 2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • Spoon
  • Muddler

Method

Step 1

Add the caster sugar, mint leaves and cranberries into a highball glass and use a muddler to press down to extract the flavour and aroma.

Step 2

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Step 3

Add 50ml Captain Morgan Original Rum and 20ml lime juice to the glass.

Step 4

Using a bar spoon, stir until the ingredients are well combined. Top up with ginger ale.

Step 5

Garnish with a mint sprig.
