Old Parr 18 Manhattan Cocktail Recipe

One of the greatest classic cocktails, the Manhattan continues to win over new whisky drinkers and offer a sophisticated, simple way to elevate any occasion. A perfectly balanced blend of whisky, vermouth and bitters, it's a cocktail that has transcended trends and stayed true to its quiet luxury essence. But that doesn't mean the Manhattan can't be transformed or tweaked.
Swapping the traditional rye whiskey for an Old Parr 18 - the smoothest from the House of Old Parr - the Manhattan remains true to its core, but adds new depths of subtle sweetness, with touches of vanilla, dried fruit and nuts.
