- Bulleit Bourbon1.5oz
- Cognac0.75oz
- Sugar syrup0.25oz
- Two dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Rinse of Absinthe
- Lemon zest discard
- Ice
2.1 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Ice
Using a jigger, measure all liquid ingredients and add them to an ice-filled mixing glass.
Mix
Use a bar spoon to mix, chill and dilute.
Pour
Strain into an Absinthe-rinsed rocks glass.
Garnish
Garnish with lemon zest discard.
