Built with Johnnie Walker Black Label, sweet vermouth, and shiitake liqueur, the drink balances depth, smokiness, and savoury richness while paying tribute to classic cocktail showmanship.

  • Sweet Vermouth

  • Shiitake Liqueur

  • Aromatic Bitters
    2 Dashes

Method

  1. Step 1

    Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.

  2. Step 2

    Shake and throw the cocktail with flair for aeration and chill.

  3. Step 3

    Strain into a chilled pony glass.

  4. Step 4

    Garnish with pickled shiitake mushroom.
