Blue Rob Roy Cocktail

The Blue Rob Roy cocktail is a luxury take on the scotch staple, made with the velvety depth of Johnnie Walker Blue Label; combining smoky, refined whisky with the rich sweetness of vermouth and aromatic bitters. Stirred over ice until perfectly chilled, it is finished with a vibrant twist of orange peel, which releases citrus oils that complement the spirit’s layered notes.

Tips & Suggestions
Choose a fresh, premium sweet vermouth; an oxidised or low-quality variety will clash with Blue Label’s delicate character and dilute the drink’s flavour profile.
Preparation Tip 2
Always stir gently for around 30 seconds to blend the components seamlessly without clouding the drink or damaging the spirit’s layers.
