Fruity Highball Cocktail

The delicious blend of Vodka/Rum with muddled raspberries is fairly simple to mix and can be experimented with to suit preferences. If you love experimenting in your home bar, create your unique twist and make a drink to complement special occasions.
What you’ll need
Ingredients
- Light rum or vodka30ml
- Orange juice45ml
- Pineapple juice45ml
- Soda water (to top)60ml
- Ice cubes
- Orange slice or mint sprig (optional garnish)
Method
- Step 1
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the rum or vodka, then orange juice and pineapple juice.
- Step 2
Gently stir to combine without muddying the mixture.
- Step 3
Float soda water on top, add one light stir, garnish if desired, and serve.
Tips & Suggestions
Pre-chill the tall glass (Collins glass or highball) in the freezer to stabilise temperature and avoid initial dilution by ice.
Always pour soda or sparkling water from a low angle over an ice cube or down a spoon to prevent excess bubble loss.
