The Tiny TEN pays homage to the experimental still used to create the unique citrus heart of No. TEN. This vibrant and fresh serve marries the flavour profiles of a gimlet and a French 75.

Ingredients

2 units of alcohol per serve

  • 30mlTanqueray No. TEN

  • 20mlGrapefruit Cordial

  • 50mlSparkling wine

  • Ice

Equipment

  • 1 x Coupette glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Strainer

Method

  • Pour

    Pour No.Ten and cordial into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for around 20 seconds.

  • Finish

    train into a coupette and top with 50ml of chilled sparkling wine.

  • Garnish

    Express grapefruit peel over the drink and sit on the rim to garnish.

  • Grab a bite

    Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
