Chase Pink Gin Fizz cocktail

A zesty twist on the classic G&T. This recipe uses Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin with prosecco and soda for a unique and delicious serve that's a guaranteed crowd-pleaser at cocktail parties and barbecues.

What you’ll need

  • Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin
    30ml
  • Sugar Syrup
    15ml
  • Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
    20ml
  • Sparkling Wine or Prosecco (to top)
2.2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • Wine Glass
  • Jigger
  • Chopping Board
  • Knife

Method

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 30ml Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo Gin and add it to a wine glass with 15ml of sugar syrup.

Finish

Add ice cubes and top with your favourite prosecco or sparkling wine. Finish with a dash of soda water.

Garnish

Use a chopping board and a sharp knife to cut an slice of pink grapefruit - then pop it on top.
