Rum Espresso Martini Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- Captain Morgan® Original Rum25ml
- Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur25ml
- Sugar syrup2 parts sugar dissolved over heat into 1 part water25ml
- Espresso25ml
- Coffee beans3
- Ice
Equipment
- Glass cut
- Strainer
- Cocktail shaker
- Jigger
Method
Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Step 2
Add the rum, Mr Black, sugar syrup and espresso into the shaker.
Step 3
Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
Step 4
Add 3 coffee beans to the top of the drink to garnish.
