Baileys Espresso Martini i Recipe
Our Espresso Martini cocktail recipe uses a blend of vodka espresso, fresh-brewed espresso coffee, and honey to modernise the beloved classic. It has a clean & clear delivery of vodka, rich creamy flavours, and a touch of delicious bitterness.
25mlEspresso Flavoured Vodka
25mlBaileys® Coffee Irish Cream Liqueur
1.9 units of alcohol per serve
1 x Martini glass
1 x Jigger
1 x Cocktail Shaker
1 x Strainer
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Using a jigger, measure 25ml Espresso Flavoured Vodka, 25ml Baileys with a hint of Coffee Flavour, 25ml espresso coffee and 10ml honey into the shaker.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a large martini glass.
Add 3 coffee beans to the top of the drink to garnish.
