The Pornstar Martini is a modern cocktail classic known for its bright, fruity character and bold personality. This vibrant drink combines smooth vodka with zesty lemon, juicy passionfruit, passionfruit liqueur and vanilla syrup to create a flavour that’s sweet, tangy and a little bit indulgent. Unlike a traditional martini - which is typically dry and spirit-forward - the Pornstar Martini leans into rich fruit flavours and a lush, silky texture, often served in a coupette glass and perfect for celebrations or evenings when you want a cocktail that feels fun and a bit extra.

    50ml
  • Passion fruit liqueur
    25ml
  • Passionfruit juice
    25ml
  • Vanilla syrup
    15ml
  • Passion fruit
    1
  • Champagne or prosecco
    50ml
  • Ice
1.5 units of alcohol per serving

  • Coupe glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer

Method

Step 1

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

Adding Porn Star Martini liquids into a cocktail shaker

Step 2

Add the vodka, passionfruit liqueur, passionfruit juice and vanilla syrup to the shaker

Step 3

Shake well until the surface of the shaker feels chilled

Pornstar Martini poured into a coupe glass.

Step 4

Strain into a coupe glass

Half a passionfruit is placed face-up on top of the Pornstar Martini drink to garnish

Step 5

Cut a passionfruit in half and gently place one half face-up on top of the drink to garnish
