- Orange liqueur10ml
- Cherry brandy10ml
- Bénédictine liqueur10ml
- Lime juice30ml
- Grenadine syrup10ml
- Pineapple juice60ml
- Dash of Angostura bitters1
- Soda40ml
- Pineapple wedge1
- Cherry1
- Ice
Equipment
- Highball glass
- Cocktail shaker
- Cocktail strainer
- Skewer
Method

Step 1
Add ice to a cocktail shaker

Step 2
Add the gin, liqueurs, brandy, juices and grenadine to the cocktail shaker

Step 3
Add the dash of Angostura bitters

Step 4
Shake until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels well chilled

Step 5
Strain into the glass over fresh ice, then top up with soda

Step 6
Garnish with a skewered pineapple wedge and a cherry
