Blue Lagoon Cocktail Recipe

So blue you’d just love to take a swim. This vibrant mix of vodka, blue curaçao & lemonade delivers a tangy citrus blend. Take a dip in this 1960s French classic serve. 

What you’ll need

Ingredients

Serves:

2.4 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Strainer
  • 1 x Cocktail-Shaker
  • 1 x Jigger

Method

Ice

Fill a highball glass with cubes of ice.

Pour

Using a jigger, measure 50ml vodka and 150ml lemonade into the glass.    

Mix

Stir the mixture until well combined. Drizzle 25ml blue curaçao liqueur over the mixture.  

Garnish

Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a slice of lemon and secure onto the rim of the glass.

Step 5

Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
