Gimme, gimme… the Frozen Gimlet, a delicious fusion of lime with blueberries, mint, crushed ice and gin that delivers fabulous fresh fruit flavour.

  • London Dry Gin
    Gordon's London Dry Gin, 1L
    50ml
  • Blueberries
    6
  • Lime
    0.5
  • Mint
    6
  • Coconut Water dash
    1ml
  • Sugar tsp splash sprinkle sprig twist dash
    1
2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass
  • 1 x Blender
  • 1 x Chopping Board
  • 1 x Knife

Method

Pour

Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a lime in two. Add a scoopful of ice into a blender.  Add 50ml of gin, 6 blueberries, the juice of half a lime, 6 mint leaves, and 1 teaspoon of sugar into the blender.

Mix

Switch on the blender and blend until smooth.

Garnish

Pour into a tall glass.
