- Salted Caramel Syrup15ml
- Espresso25ml
- Coffee beans3
- Ice
1.8 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- Martini glass
- Strainer
- Cocktail shaker
- Jigger
Method
Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Baileys, syrup and espresso. Shake vigorously until the surface feels well chilled.
Step 2
Strain into a martini glass.
Step 3
Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
