- Coconut cream1oz
- Pineapple Juice3.5oz
- Sea buckthorn juice0.5oz
- Cubed ice4
2 units of alcohol per serving
Equipment
- 1 x Tall glass
- 1 x Jigger
- 1 x Cocktail shaker
- 1 x Ice
- 1 x Knife
- 1 x Chopping Board
Method
Mix
Using a jigger, add all liquid ingredients to an ice-filled mixer. Shake until the surface of the mixer is cold to touch.
Pour
Add four cubes of ice to your glass, then strain the mixture over the ice.
Garnish
Garnish with pineapple – or a small boat sail!
