Try whisky expert Ervin Trykowski's take on the Pina Colada, swapping rum for Talisker whisky for a smoky, spicy edge.

2 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Tall glass  
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Cocktail shaker
  • 1 x Ice
  • 1 x Knife
  • 1 x Chopping Board

Method

Mix

Using a jigger, add all liquid ingredients to an ice-filled mixer. Shake until the surface of the mixer is cold to touch.

Pour

Add four cubes of ice to your glass, then strain the mixture over the ice.

Garnish

Garnish with pineapple – or a small boat sail!
