- Captain Morgan White Rum1.5oz
- Coconut syrup1oz
- Double cream1oz
- Lime juice0.75oz
- Pineapple juice2.5oz
- Pineapple slice or maraschino cherry to garnish
- Ice
1.9 units of alcohol per serving
Method
Pour
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.
Finish
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Garnish
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
