  • Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey
    Bulleit Bourbon Frontier Whiskey, 70 Cl
    2oz
  • Dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • Demerara Syrup
    0.25oz
  • Orange peel

  • Splash of soda water
    1
  • Orange slice to garnish
    1
2.7 units of alcohol per serving

Equipment

  • 1 x Rocks glass
  • 1 x Jigger
  • 1 x Mixing glass
  • 1 x Bar spoon
  • 1 x Strainer
  • Ice

Method

Pour

Muddle sugar, one orange slice (optional), Angostura Bitter and soda water in a rocks glass. Add ice.

Mix

Using a jigger, measure 60ml of whiskey. Add it to the mixture and stir slowly using the bar spoon.

Garnish

Garnish with an orange twist.
