  • Champagne flute
  • Jigger
  • Bar spoon

Method

Step 1

Using a jigger, add 25ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label to a champagne glass, along with the apple juice and sparkling wine.  No sparkling wine? Feel free to sub with sparkling mineral water.

Step 2

Stir slowly to combine.

Step 3

Garnish with a lemon zest.
